Head Quarter of  European Gyakute-Do

                  Welcome to our European Gyakute-Do Head Quarter websites.
             Our goal is to promote a real traditional Jujutsu into Europe.

               Gyakute-Do is originated in Kenso-ryu Jujutsu which was established in Meiji
               period by the founder TAKEISHI Kentaro KENSO who mastered several old
               style Jujutsu such as Asayama Ichiden-ryu and Mukei-ryu Jujutsu.
               Based on this Kenso-ryu jujutsu, TANAKA Chushudo sensei established a new
               style which specializes more Gyakute-jutsu (wrist joint technique) and called it
               Gyakute-Do.

             Any person who has a good will to use this techniques to cultivate own spirits
             and never use it as a tool of violence, but just for self defense is welcome to join
             our schools
